Donald Trump was speaking at an event in Dayton, Ohio when a protester behind him attempted to rush the stage.
The Republican presidential hopeful immediately clutched onto his security personnel in the midst of the harrowing situation.
The Trump campaign is currently dealing with left-wing protesters staging interruptions at his rallies.
NBC reported that a man “attempted to breach the secure buffer and was removed rapidly and professionally.”
After the man was removed by security, the audience chanted “Trump.”
The candidate gave two thumbs up and said: “I was ready for him, but it’s much easier if the cops do it.”
