House Speaker, Paul Ryan has pulled the vote for the health care bill. The vote to replace and repeal the Affordable Care Act was supposed to take place March 24 at 3:30 pm. This is the second time the vote has been canceled.

Paul Ryan visited Donald Trump on Friday to let him know that the votes are simply not there from the Republican party to pass the GOP health care bill.

White House press secretary Sean Spicer said Friday that Trump has:

“Left everything on the field when it comes to this bill ... He's worked really closely with the President. I think at the end of the day, you know I said this yesterday, you can't force people to vote.”

During his presidential campaign, Trump ran on the platform that he would replace and repeal Obamacare. In a phone interview, Trump blamed Democrats for the bill not passing, according to the New York Times.

During a press conference on Friday, Paul Ryan said he didn't know how long Obamacare would be around.
