At the top of Wednesday night's broadcast of “The O'Reilly Factor,” host Bill O'Reilly dedicated his “Talking Points Memo” to the reports that former National Security Adviser Susan Rice requested the identities of associates of President Donald Trump caught up in raw intelligence.
After stating that there needs to be an investigation into Rice and that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has asked the intelligence committee to provide a bipartisan report, the Fox News host said it was unlikely, as “the Democrats and liberal media have already acquitted Susan Rice.”
O'Reilly then took the opportunity to highlight a segment that aired on MSNBC earlier in the week in which Mother Jones' David Corn floated out the possibility that Rice was being “defamed” because she was a black woman.
“The loons are now branding the whole thing as racial,” O'Reilly noted.
He went on to state that he fully expects Rice to “take the fifth,” just like former IRS chief Lois Lerner did in 2013.
