President Donald Trump delivered scathing remarks on the terror attack at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester that killed at least 22 people and wounded 59 others late Monday night.
The president is on a foreign visit to the Middle East and spoke alongside Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas while in Bethlehem.
“So many young, beautiful, innocent people living and enjoying their lives murdered by evil losers in life," Trump said. "I won’t call them [the attackers] monsters, because they would like that term. They would think that’s a great name. I will call them, from now on, losers, because that’s what they are, they’re losers.”
“The terrorists and extremists and those who give them aid and comfort must be driven out from our society forever,” Trump also said. “This wicked ideology must be obliterated.”

The terror attack is believed to have been carried out by suicide bombing using an “improvised explosive device.” Manchester police now suspect that the perpetrator may have acted alone.
