White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders will hold an on-camera press briefing Monday afternoon. The event is scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m. ET.
The briefing may see a lengthy statement on the status of Hurricane Irma, which made landfall in Florida on Sunday. Additionally, the subject of relief funds regarding Hurricane Harvey may be addressed.
Former White House staffer Steve Bannon and his recent “60 Minutes” interview may also be on the docket for discussion, as well as President Donald Trump's former election opponent, Hillary Clinton, and her Sunday morning interview with Jane Pauley.
