Donald Trump Jr. Just Shared a Scathing Letter About Jailing Hillary—and It’s Written By a Kid

In the midst of an undoubtedly heated week within the presidential election, Donald Trump’s son is adding fuel to the fire.

According to The Hill, Donald Trump Jr. posted a photo of a letter he received after a North Carolina rally, in which the 9-year-old author wants Hillary Clinton in jail.

It reads [emphasis added]:

“My name is Brylee Shumack and I am 9-years-old. I am from N.C. If I could vote I would vote for you.

People say that’s because my mommy is voting for you. But I am smart. Hillary is a bad lady and if you are president I hope you put her in jail. Can meet you one day!

I don’t believe everything I see on TV!”

Trump Jr. thought the letter was “awesome.”

This comes after Trump said in a Sunday debate with Clinton that he would put her in jail, something he’s continually promised to do throughout his campaign:

“If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your (missing email) situation, because there has never been so many lies, so much deception.”

And Wednesday at a rally in Florida, Trump brought up his promise again, this time including Clinton’s lawyers:

“Hillary Clinton bleached and deleted 33,000 emails after a congressional subpoena. So she gets the subpoena, she gets the subpoena, and after—not before, that would be bad—but after getting the subpoena to give over your emails and lots of other things, she deleted the emails. She. Has. To. Go. To. Jail.

And her law firm, which is a very big and powerful law firm, which is the one that said, ‘Oh, they’ll determine what they’re giving,’ those representatives within that law firm that did that, have to go to jail.”

Most comments on the letter from one of Trump’s youngest fans are positive, calling Brylee a “smart kid.”
