WikiLeaks Posts Cryptic Message Teasing Imminent ‘Surprise.’ Clinton’s VP Might Be a Little Nervous.

WikiLeaks, the activist group founded by controversial figure Julian Assange, tweeted a cryptic message Thursday night promising a “surprise” for Hillary Clinton’s running mate Tim Kaine.

The message also mentioned acting Democratic National Committee Chair Donna Brazile.

Many people are now expecting a bombshell, though it wouldn’t be the first time WikiLeaks has left people underwhelmed following a tease.

The Clinton campaign has done its best to downplay revelations in documents released by WikiLeaks, arguing the group is acting on behalf of Russia to influence the U.S. election.

WikiLeaks has released thousands of emails sent to and from Clinton campaign chair John Podesta. On Thursday, the group even released a handful of emails linked to one of President Barack Obama’s personal email addresses in 2008.

The WikiLeaks email dumps have sparked accusations of “pay to play” at the Clinton Foundation and exposed an apparent cozy relationship between the Clinton campaign and many members of the press.

Fox News has more on the “pay to play” claims:
