The Only Cure for Obama's Really Low Approval Rating is Perfectly Captured by a Taylor Swift Parody

The folks over at Reason just put their own spin on one of the summer's biggest singles. And it comes on the heels of the latest Gallup poll—one in which President Obama's 41.5% job approval rating the past quarter ranks among the lowest of his tenure.

According to another Gallup poll, low job approval ratings usually mean the opposing party stands to gain the most in midterm elections. So even if the President has little to laugh about right now, the video might help produce a grin or two.

The video cleverly covers some of the major reasons for the President's recent slide. Among them? The sketchy use of drones, the failures of the government's Health Insurance Marketplace website, the mishandling of the Ebola scare's public relations, and the Secret Service's major security fail at the White House.
