Dad Answers His 11-Month-Old Daughter's Daycare Questionnaire the Way We All Wish We Could

Most daycare centers ask parents to fill out questionnaires regarding their child's eating and sleeping schedule, allergies, and any other preferences they have for their child's day.

This dad was startlingly honest in his responses - but, some of these answers are a little dubious for an 11-month-old.

Little Emma's goals are:

  • unplug all power cords
  • overcome fear of water over my head
  • open every drawer everywhere
  • world peace (like all other future beauty contestants)
  • to walk, eventually
  • a Ph.D. in theoretical physical cosmology
  • inflict sleep deprivation on my parents until such time as they acquiesce to my every whim.

She's already got a wide variety of interests:

  • food as art/clothing
  • long yells on the beach
  • firmly gripping dog's hair
  • exploring parent's noses with fingers
  • dawn, every single morning, without fail

The little girl has quite an imagination, too, as her friends are:

Not ones adults can see; like unicorns and pixies, and the wind, and something on that wall over there, and...squirrel!

Finally, the dad lists her strengths as obfuscation, yodeling, slapstick comedy and rapid digestion. Sounds like she could have a bright future ahead of her as a television commentator or a politician.

But with an involved dad who obviously calls things like he sees them, she's probably destined for better things.
