CNN's Tapper Grills DNC Head Over 'Rigged' System that Gives Hillary More Delegates than Bernie

First, the facts:

  • Bernie Sanders crushed Hillary Clinton in the New Hampshire primary, 60% to 38%, yet Hillary captured at least 15 of the state's 32 delegates, while Bernie won at least 13.
  • Despite being torched in New Hampshire, and winning by a razor-thin margin in Iowa, Hillary leads Bernie in total delegates nationally, 394 to 42.

Thursday on CNN, Jake Tapper asked DNC head Debbie Wasserman Schultz to explain the Democrats' “rigged” delegate allotment process.
