On Saturday, women's marches took place across the globe. While the demonstrations largely gathered support, one journalist wasn't going to jump on board.
Host of the British news program “Good Morning Britain” Piers Morgan took to Twitter to mock the marches.

Although his march gathered support from at least 8 thousand “likes,” it was soon cancelled. He claimed:
Despite Morgan's later tweet that he wasn't “seriously” planning a men's march, it didn't stop the news anchor from receiving a lot of backlash.

Many of the comments came from Twitter users whom Morgan undoubtedly has never met, but one person who sees him every morning even called him out.

The weekday show will resume on Monday and based on this weekend's Twitter use, things may be a bit uncomfortable on the couch.
