Trump: Dems Shifting to 'False' Sexual Misconduct Accusations After Failed Russia Investigation

President Donald Trump suggested Tuesday that after Democrats failed to find evidence he colluded with Russia, they moved on to attacking him with “fabricated stories” about sexual misconduct:

Trump singled out Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), who called for Trump's resignation Monday.

“President Trump has committed assault, according to these women, and those are very credible allegations of misconduct and criminal activity, and he should be fully investigated and he should resign,” Gillibrand said, according to CNN.

In response, Trump called Gillibrand a “total flunky” who begged him for campaign contributions and “used” the Clintons:

Several of Trump's accusers made television appearances Monday and called for a Congressional investigation into allegations against Trump.
