With President Donald Trump making an appearance to watch the College Football Playoff National Championship between the University of Alabama Crimson Tide and the University of Georgia Bulldogs, there were some fans upset at his appearance.

Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough took it a step further than just boos.

As the team was making its way to the field, he shouted, “F**k Trump!”

Since the game, Scarbrough has walked back his comment.

“I'm just trying to celebrate the win. Those type of words didn't come out of my mouth,” Scarbrough said, according to AL.com.

He also alleged on his Twitter account he said “Georgia” instead of “Trump”:

While Trump was in attendance, he walked onto the field with ROTC cadets to stand for the playing of the national anthem.
