Jon Favreau, former speechwriter for President Barack Obama, called out President Donald Trump for making fun of Rep. Maxine Waters' (D-Calif.) intelligence during a rally in Pennsylvania.
“She's a low IQ individual,” Trump said. “She can't help it.”
In response, Favreau said the insult was not race-baiting, but full-blown racism:
The President went to Pennsylvania, singled out a black Congresswoman from California, and called her stupid.
That’s not race-baiting. That’s racist.

It turns out, however, Favreau has made fun of former presidential candidate and current Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson for his appearance, saying he was a drug user:
Favreau was promptly called out:
Jon Favreau went on Twitter, singled out a black presidential candidate, and called him a drug user.
