Americans will likely see more conservative commentary on ABC's “The View” as a Republican politician's daughter joins Sen. John McCain's (R-Ariz.) daughter, Meghan, as a co-host.

Fox News host, Abby Huntsman, will reportedly follow in Meghan McCain's footsteps and leave the top cable news network to join ABC, Mediaite reported on Thursday.

Huntsman is the daughter of former Sen. Jon Huntsman (R-Utah), who joined President Donald Trump's administration last fall to serve as the United States' ambassador to Russia, a country “The View” panel frequently discusses.

Fox News reportedly confirmed that this coming weekend would be Huntsman's last hosting “Fox and Friends Weekend” before replacing “View” co-host, Sara Haines.

Huntsman's switch appeared to represent the first time in recent memory that “The View” had more than one host who obviously leaned towards the right of the political spectrum.

McCain replaced former Fox News contributor, Jedediah Bila, who described herself as “libertarian,” last year. The remaining hosts — Joy Behar, Whoopi Goldberg, and Sunny Hostin — have all criticized Trump.

Goldberg and Behar, longtime hosts of the show, have especially voiced opinions on the left of the political spectrum.

Huntsman's new gig provoked some mixed reactions on Twitter as some said they wouldn't watch “The View” if she joined:

“Congratulations @huntsmanabby and great move @ABC @TheView bringing on another talented conservative voice!” former White House aide, Anthony Scaramucci, said. “Can’t wait to watch.”
