Actress and granddaughter of Elvis Presley, Riley Keough, is now at the center of a startling allegation layered into the ongoing legal war surrounding the Presley estate.

According to PEOPLE, what began as a contract dispute has taken a sensational turn, with new claims surfacing about her alleged involvement in helping John Travolta and Kelly Preston become parents to their son, Benjamin.

The allegation appears in an amended complaint filed Tuesday by Priscilla Presley’s former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, against Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garcia.

They claim the Daisy Jones & The Six actress, 36, donated her eggs for use by Travolta and Preston — a claim that any of the parties named has not confirmed. Benjamin Travolta is now 15.

The complaint alleges the fight for control over Lisa Marie Presley’s estate intensified immediately after her death in January 2023.

According to the filing, multiple family members were focused on payouts, with Kruse and Fialko pulled into the chaos as intermediaries.

The court document states that Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, told Kruse that Preston had previously been unable to conceive and that Travolta and Lisa Marie once used her eggs to pursue pregnancy, though the filing does not claim a child resulted from that attempt.

According to the complaint, Lockwood further alleged that the actor approached the family again in 2010, a year after the death of his son, Jett.

The document claims Travolta sought help amid damage to his career and wanted to avoid using Lisa Marie’s eggs due to concerns he “did not want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them.”

The filing alleges Lockwood claimed a deal was struck for Riley to provide eggs, allowing Kelly Preston to give birth to Benjamin. In return, the document states Riley received “an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 – $20,000 for the deal.”

Should the allegations about Riley Keough donating eggs be investigated further?

From there, the complaint says Lockwood pressured Kruse and Fialko to use the claim as leverage.

When Garcia learned that the story might become public, the filing says he lashed out, demanding the alleged connection between Riley and Travolta remain hidden.

They allege Garcia wanted a “million-dollar settlement” and insisted he had been promised the role of the family’s sole male musician.

Priscilla’s attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, blasted the filing in a statement to TMZ, calling the allegations baseless attempts to inflict pain.

“After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family,” they said.

They added, “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”

Earlier in the dispute, Riley and Priscilla issued a joint response rejecting past claims from Kruse.

“These claims are not only untrue but also deeply hurtful,” they said. “Our family is, and always has been, united in love and respect for one another.”

They emphasized their focus remains on protecting Lisa Marie’s legacy and honoring Elvis Presley’s history.

The legal battle continues with allegations of fraud, breach of contract, and financial misconduct shaping what has become an increasingly bitter fight — now wrapped in a new layer of shocking personal claims.
