The White House is waging a war against one star, who it claims is “one sick individual.”
Mark Hamill of “Star Wars” fame drew ire from the White House after shared an AI-generated image appearing to show President Donald Trump lying in a grave.
“If Only – He should live long enough to witness his inevitable devastating loss in the midterms, be held accountable for his unprecedented corruption, impeached, convicted & humiliated for his countless crimes. The headstone read, “Donald J. Trump” and the years “1946–2024.”
The administration’s Rapid Response account
on X and attacked Hamill as well as “radical left lunatics.”
“.@MarkHamill is one sick individual,” the president’s press team wrote. “These Radical Left lunatics just can’t help themselves. This kind of rhetoric is exactly what has inspired three assassination attempts in two years against our President.”
Hamill made his post a week after the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner, when a shooter attempted to assassinate the president.
Hamill has long been a vocal and outspoken critic of Trump and regularly blasts the president and his policies.
