A gunman shot and killed three people in downtown Fresno, California, on Tuesday. Police said before he turned himself in, suspected shooter Kori Ali Muhammad yelled “Allahu Akbar” and expressed his hatred for white people.
The Associated Press tweeted the development like this:

Authorities say Muhammad yelled “God is great” in Arabic while being taken into custody. Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer says he also told authorities he hates white people. All three victims were white.

Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer said during a press conference that it’s still “too early to say” definitively if the shooting spree “involves terrorism.”
