Being a mom is a job that doesn’t end when your kids turn 18 — it’s a life-long vocation.
And what accompanies motherhood is the never-ending worry for their well-being, which can sometimes lead you to take some pretty drastic measures.
An unnamed mother of a U.S. Army soldier recently took to Facebook and messaged the men at 5Bravo, a pro-Second Amendment, military lifestyle website administered by several veterans.
One 5Bravo admin tells Independent Journal Review that while they receive messages all the time, these were too good to ignore:
“One day I decide to humor one of them and the conversation was funny. So I posted it and the reaction was substantial.”
Here’s the full conversation between someone who says she is an Army mom and is upset that her son hasn’t received any “patches” yet:
No word yet on if her son has receieved those “patches,” but he surely had an interesting conversation with his boss.
