Rapper Cardi B may want to become a politician, even though she doesn’t ā€œagree with government.ā€

The Grammy Award-winning artist wrote in a series of tweets Sunday, ā€œI think I want to be a politician. I really love government even tho I don’t agree with government.ā€

While noting that she was watching war documentaries, Cardi B wrote, ā€œNo matter how many weapons a country have you need people! How are you trying to go against a country and possibly start a war when this country lacks patriotism? I barely see people claiming they LOVE being American.ā€

ā€œI will have to explain a lot so I will have to do a video or a live talking about it,ā€ she added. The rapper then said she would be talking about her tweets ā€œanother day.ā€

On Monday morning, Cardi B continued with her tweets on the subject, writing, ā€œI do feel like if I go back to school and focus up I can be part of Congress. I deadass have sooo much ideas that make sense. I just need a couple of years of school and I can shake the table.ā€

Recently, the rapper responded to the U.S. airstrike that killed Iranian general Qassem Soleimani, when she slammed President Donald Trump’s authorization of it and said she is ā€œfiling for my Nigerian citizenship.ā€ Her fans posted memes of her family.
