Rapper Cardi B may want to become a politician, even though she doesn’t “agree with government.”

The Grammy Award-winning artist wrote in a series of tweets Sunday, “I think I want to be a politician. I really love government even tho I don’t agree with government.”

While noting that she was watching war documentaries, Cardi B wrote, “No matter how many weapons a country have you need people! How are you trying to go against a country and possibly start a war when this country lacks patriotism? I barely see people claiming they LOVE being American.”

“I will have to explain a lot so I will have to do a video or a live talking about it,” she added. The rapper then said she would be talking about her tweets “another day.”

On Monday morning, Cardi B continued with her tweets on the subject, writing, “I do feel like if I go back to school and focus up I can be part of Congress. I deadass have sooo much ideas that make sense. I just need a couple of years of school and I can shake the table.”

Recently, the rapper responded to the U.S. airstrike that killed Iranian general Qassem Soleimani, when she slammed President Donald Trump’s authorization of it and said she is “filing for my Nigerian citizenship.” Her fans posted memes of her family.

Cardi B has dipped her toes in politics. When it comes to the 2020 presidential election, Cardi B has expressed support for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.).

Additionally, she has made it known that she dislikes Trump. “I hate him,” she told TeenVogue in April.
