‘Don’t Turn This Into a Drinking Game’: Nikki Haley Says DeSantis’ Lies Will Leave Students ‘Wasted’

Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley joked that students at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa would be “wasted” at the end of the debate due to the amount of lies told by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R).

During opening statements of the debate, DeSantis referenced how he had beaten “the teachers’ union on school choice,” “Soros on crime,” and “Fauci on COVID.”

In her opening remarks, Haley said voters would “find out tonight” about a lot of DeSantis’ lies, referencing them to a website called, DesantisLies.com

“So what we’re going to do is rather than have him go and tell you all these lies, you can go to DesantisLies.com, and look at all those, at least two dozen lies that he’s told about me,” Haley said.

Haley added that DeSantis was “mad” because he had lost donors that had previously supported him and alleged that his campaign was “exploding.

“Drake University don’t turn this into a drinking game because you’ll be over served by the end of the night,” Haley said.
