Actor Brad Pitt has become the latest celebrity to be the victim of a burglary.
According to NBC News, the break-in occurred at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday at a Los Feliz home. Los Angeles police did not identify who owned the home or its occupant.
The perpetrators ransacked the home. They also took a variety of miscellaneous items, per officials.
Pitt was in Japan promoting his latest film, “F1,” TMZ reported.
Police are looking for three people. The three allegedly climbed over a fence and broke in through the front window.
This break-in is the most recent incidents involving celebrities in Los Angeles and Southern California.
Celebrity couple actor Nicole Kidman and country singer Keith Urban were victims of a burglary on Feb. 14 in Los Angeles.
Burglars tried to gain entry into the L.A. home of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson in the Pacific Palisades. A window was smashed. However, the couple’s alarm went off and the perpetrators did not gain entry, per KTLA.
