For Brooke Hogan, the fallout from her father’s estate isn’t about money — it’s about losing any influence over how his life is remembered.

Speaking publicly about the situation, Brooke said her biggest regret isn’t walking away from an inheritance tied to Hulk Hogan, but rather the consequences that followed, according to Page Six.

“I think everybody very clearly understands that I was my dad’s protector and I loved him more than anything,” she said. “The reason why I regret it is because I do not have a place now to get answers.”

The singer explained that being removed from the will has left her unable to take part in decisions tied to her father’s legacy.

“I can’t do anything to help my dad after his death, or to find out answers, or to avenge him in any way, shape or form, because the people that I so badly wanted to get away from are now running the show, which is even more of a nightmare,” she said, referring to estranged relatives.

Brooke said she initially chose to remove herself from the will for her own “sanity” and “safety,” but now questions how things unfolded afterward.

“I didn’t think after the fact this is who was going to be in control,” she said. “The people that I didn’t trust are now all controlling it, and it’s terrible.”

She previously acknowledged that her exclusion from the estate was not unexpected, noting that it aligned with what she had requested at the time.

“His decision is no surprise to me,” she said previously. “It’s what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets.”

Now, she says her perspective has shifted — not because of financial concerns, but because she feels she could have used the situation differently.

Should Brooke Hogan have re-evaluated her decision to remove herself from her father's will?

“It’s not about money. It’s about doing the right thing and making sure that [Hulk] is represented in the correct ways, and his legacy lives on in the most positive way,” she said. “So, you know, there’s things I would definitely be doing differently if I were back in that seat.”

Brooke also addressed criticism over her remarks, saying her comments have been misunderstood.

“Something that is already getting twisted, which is annoying the absolute hell out of me, is that I said I regretted taking myself off the will. And to clarify, yeah, it’s not about money, and I’m so sick of people immediately becoming trolls and making it about that,” she said.

While she has distanced herself from the estate, Brooke said she has asked for a few personal items belonging to her father.

“I asked for a couple things of my dad’s. I asked my brother if I could have one of his crosses he wore,” she said. “And it was like, ‘Here’s a pair of flip-flops and a couple T-shirts he never wore,’ you know? So I had to go back and ask again.”

“It’s feeling more like a slap in the face as each day goes by,” she added.

Despite the family tensions, Brooke said she is focused on moving forward.

She described efforts to reflect on her upbringing and break away from past patterns.

“I’ve been tracing things back and, you know, having empathy for my mom and having empathy for my dad and their upbringings and, you know, trying to, at this point, be a cycle breaker and not participate in what doesn’t feel true to me,” she said.

Alongside that, she continues to work on her career and family life, balancing new projects with raising her children.
