When the Trump Family Arrives to Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea The Crowd Rises For A Standing Ovation

On Saturday, President-elect Donald Trump and First Lady-elect Melania Trump attended Christmas Eve services in Palm Beach, Florida. ABC News reported that the president-elect arrived shortly after 10:30 P.M.

The Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea greeted the future president with a standing ovation before the Trumps took their seats.

A few members approached Trump to honor him when it was time to “pass the peace,” a ritual of greeting and bidding peace to those around you.

Located only minutes from his Mar-a-Lago home, the Trumps have visited the church multiple times. According to the Tampa Bay Times, they participated in Christmas Eve services last year, as well as the Easter service in March.

Melania and Donald were even married at the church in 2005.

Donald Trump sent a Christmas message to his Twitter followers this morning.

The Trump family hosted a dinner on Saturday at Mar-a-Lago, as well.
