Lewandowski Seemingly Stuns ‘President Swalwell’ During House Judiciary Impeachment Hearing

The former campaign manager for President Donald Trump’s 2016 White House run seemingly stunned Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) during his contentious House Judiciary Committee hearing.

On Tuesday, former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski appeared before the House Judiciary hearing regarding Chairman Jerrold Nadler‘s (D-N.Y.) impeachment inquiry against the president.

While being questioned by Swalwell, Lewandowski — who is eyeing a 2020 Senate run in New Hampshire — was asked to read words “dictated” to him by Trump from a screen in the committee room.

The former Trump campaign manager repeatedly pushed back against the California Democrat, and seemingly tripped up Swalwell after he referred to the California congressman as “President Swalwell” during a terse exchange.

Swalwell: Can you read what you wrote down?

Lewandowski: I’m happy to have you read it, congressman.

Swalwell: Why don’t you want to read it, Mr. Lewandowski?

Lewandowski: I think you should afford me the same privilege you afforded Director [Robert] Mueller.

Swalwell: Would you like to read it?

Lewandowski: No, you’re welcome to read it.

Swalwell: Are you ashamed of the words that you’ve wrote down?

Lewandowski: President Swalwell, I’m very happy with what I’ve written, but you’re happy to read it if you’d like.

Swalwell: Are you — Are you ashamed to read it out loud?

Lewandowski: I’m not ashamed of anything in my life, congressman. Are you?

Swalwell: Then why don’t you read the words?

Lewandowski: Congressman, I’ve asked and answered your question —

Swalwell: Mr. Lewandowski, why won’t you read the words aloud?

Lewandowski: I’ve asked and answered your question, congressman. If you’d like to read the words, you’re welcome to.

Watch the video here:

Swalwell became the first major candidate of the Democrats running for the party’s presidential nomination to drop out of the primary race. His progressive campaign focused mainly on gun control, with Swalwell backing the idea of a mandatory gun buyback.

After ending his campaign, Swalwell backtracked on his promise not to run for Congress should he campaign for president, announcing that he would run for re-election in 2020.

This is not the first time Swalwell has been tripped up on national television.

During the first Democratic debate, the California congressman told Vice President Joe Biden — the frontrunner who is still in the race — to “pass the torch” to the next generation of candidates.

Biden fired back at Swalwell by saying that he was still “holding onto that torch.”

Look up Nadler's political history and you'll see he's "all in" for the terrorists; even pressuring parole boards and POTUS Clinton to release known terrorists from prison. This man does not serve America; he's a supporter of terrorists here in the USA.

The Trump people are way more informed and intelligent than the Anti-Trump left and here is some of the proof. 😂

Hoping to destroy anyone who is loyal to President Trump.
That’s all that the Liberal/Communist/Gutter Dwellers have.
These are the children of Obama, the hater in chief.
What good and noble agenda, do these slime balls have, for America?
They have no morals, no ethics and character.

*Michael* Apparently you don’t mind that Nadler and his posse of the hateful continue to hunt for , search for and manufacture “facts” in a useless effort to have their aha moment. ALL at the expense of the taxpayers. Even you, if you pay taxes. There is no epiphany to be found. Lewandowski had fun at their expense.
