He followed that up with this after being asked what might be wrong with the models:

There are two conceivable explanations — and neither is very pleasant for us. The first possibility is that less global warming is occurring than expected because greenhouse gases, especially CO2, have less of an effect than we have assumed. This wouldn't mean that there is no man-made greenhouse effect, but simply that our effect on climate events is not as great as we have believed. The other possibility is that, in our simulations, we have underestimated how much the climate fluctuates owing to natural causes."OR ANOTHER EXPLANATION - The entire thing is made of lies meant to enforce the transfer of wealth from successful countries to buffer up the countries that cling to socialist ideologies that are known deadends, and to continue the socialist climb towards the future failure of a one world government. <---------THIS explanation is the geniune reason for the Climate Change lies...

Apparently the scientists have decided that mankind can (A) continue to breathe freely without fear of overconsumption, (B) cows may fart en masse without having to pay for carbon offset credits per herd and (C) perhaps the basic models being used for their calculations are wrong (ya think).

My prediction: 100 years from now there will still be oxygen in the air but i can hope there will be fewer boneheaded scientific rypes.

It's comical that people can even use cow farts (or people breathing) in their calculations, because any carbon released by a living thing is balanced by the carbon that is consumed.

While waiting for a movie to start, fake scientist al gore was touting his new movie. Even the trailer was a real laugh. Too much drama and very little fact. We should be more than thankful that our pres was smart enough to wak away from the Paris accord, aka deal. That bill was to be spent by our country to pay for other countries mishandling of their own evironment, whether it be water, land or air. After all, it certainly wasn't us that screwed their mess. BTW I really doubt China, who spews more crap into the air than any other country, will live up to cleaning up their mess by 2030. After all, their favorite son, obama, is no longer pres.

The heat is coming from the core in the form of hot oil. An example would be Prudhoe Bay Oil Field. The oil coming out of the ground is 145 degrees  and moved by a pipe line to Valdez, Alaska. It takes 2 days and arrives @ 53 degrees  releasing 92 dgrees of heat into the atmosphere. There are over 800 miles of pipe line in Alaska. Worldwide there are hundreds of thousands of miles of pipe lines doing the same 24/7. The core is as hot as the sun and approx. 22 miles under our feet. That is where the heat is coming from. Not CO2, not the sun ( 194 million miles ) but from the core. No one is looking at this.

Nice try, Fred, but no cigar. Even if it amounted to something, that heat is still the result of bringing up oil for use. Is Iceland, with all its thermal energy, a world heat polluter? The lengths polluters and dirty energy apologists go to explain their greed are extreme, but they have no science to back up the wild theories. Unfortunately, the average American is science illiterate and believes this bunk.

Wow, that's probably one of the most rediculous theories I've heard, and I've heard a lot.

The residual heat coming off of those pipes is nothing compared the amount of heat transfered into the air from the millions of air conditioners, or the millions of combustion engines (well over 145 degrees) driving across millions of highway miles.

Every day, radiation from the sun heats the surface of the earth many, many degrees more than any other source.  It's pretty constant in it's energy output, but it's not completely static.

Instead of looking at all of these completely unpredictable souces of climate change that don't seem to follow any predictable model, why don't we look at the only source of warming that makes the giant affect on climate every single day?  The answer is in the sun, and how much of its radiation reaches us.

The poorly educated and agenda-driven politicos don't seem to be able to understand science. When your main goal is to make money and usurp power, well then, science is often seen as an obstacle to the truth you want to project. As data arrives, scientists change their theories and expected outcomes. It's no surprise that having gathered more recent data the very long term outlook is subject to change. I'd rather go with the best scientific projections available today than a Koch brothers profit goal reached by undue influence of national policy. That goes for environmental protection as well. If you like the prospect of letting your kids imbibe more lead, mercury, carbon black, sulfur and nitrogen oxides and ozone just keep voting for the profiteers who suppress pollution regulations.

As for Kruiser, who wrote this "opinion piece", he is a great example of a science-phobic, tea party, right-wing apologist who gets his jollies by pandering to the semi-literate.  The base of his chosen movement was seeded with hidden funds and activists supported by the Koch brothers for power, profit and influence. The brothers are cunning and devious and generally alter policy through operatives funded by their many foundation gifts.

Jane Mayer does her research and gathers facts easily verified in the extensive citations at the back of her book. Comments like yours, which can not be substantiated, are what sustain the willfully uninformed who get suckered by the tea party, Trump gang and other capitalist oligarchs not interested in the average American.

Well, One2Stupid, I would say that all sides spend too much to influence those who are easily influenced by activities designed to secure a vote. The numbers you refer to are just the ones that are reported through "legally required" channels. By self-admission Charles Koch said he planed to spend $750 million in the 2016 election cycle. The Kochs tend to place money in foundations that fund other foundations which obscures where the funds go. It's everything from funding policy centric professorial chairs at colleges teaching conservative viewpoints to paying for field operatives that whipped up tea party foment where there was actually none before the operatives landed. The whole election system is hopelessly in the hands of those with money who can actually coerce votes out of the woodwork by saturation advertising and slick videos. It's ugly and it's not the America I want.

Stephen is on to something here.  The only problem is the elitist have corrupted the language to the point you cannot make a precise point.  The current cooling trend will now spark the new ICE AGE fear, and when that fails it will be back to the melted polar regions.   We need to see that the whole thing is driven by the desire for power on the part of the elitist.  Fear and the lack of understanding are the tools they use to get the populous to give them power for a little of the security that was there all along.

I often mention to these alarmists,  the Medieval warm period. Where it was so warm the Norse were able to settle Greenland and grow crops there, which isn't even possible today. That period lasted 300 years and didn't destroy the world or the coral reefs etc. I guess people just love being afraid of something. If there isn't some crisis then they are not happy. 0_o

It took the Holy St Algore patron of global warming to blame humankind for doing all that devastation by too big a carbon footprint. Al Gore + his opinion = Global warming.  Actually though, the globalists will keep on harping.  This will be their way of controlling populations in the future.  After all, humans consume oxygen and expel carbon dioxide.  Therefore, if ones' country has too many people, the globalists can simply say, XYZ country must reduce their population as XYZ country is producing too much carbon dioxide from people.  Seriously though, can someone please tell them to just plant a tree which I heard somewhere, loves carbon dioxide, quite putting down so much cement and blacktop, and finally the deforestation could be cut back a little.

Anti science climate alarmists won't come and debate the real scientists who use real data after an invitation from Scott Pruitt of the EPA who wanted to hear both sides of the story. The scientists said they be thrilled the Gore's of the world so far have declined. And to that fact a group of Congressmen tried to pass a bill to make it illegal for the scientists who know it's not true to even speak without being jailed. That's not suspicious at all.

I'm always amused by how much time and energy people spend talking about the weather. They're glued to their radars and weather reports, that are many times wrong predicting rain. You go outside and it's sunny and you say "I'm going to the beach and then somebody says, the weather report says 50% chance of rain, you'd better be careful". Laughable that people plan their entire lives activities around such things or, at least, try. The next day they say it will be sunny, but all the sudden you have a thunder storm. This is what I do, I step outside, look at the sky, and determine from what I see with my own God-given senses, what the weather is like. No TV for 14 years and I haven't missed a single day. Keep staying glued to the set for all your informational lies, or even the internet for that matter...but hey, at least it gives those crazy weather people jobs and voices to folks like Kaitlyn Jenner, who can't figure out what gender they are, but think they should run for senate. The crazy mold has been broken...it's been broken for a while.

Does anyone remember Rachel Carson's hysterical, Leftist doomsday tome: Silent Spring (published in 1962)?  She warned the public over the harmful effects of DDT on the environment (ergo, "Silent Spring" wherein we'd no longer hear birds because supposedly they'd all be dead).

Yet who warned the Africans and other tropical Third Nations that millions of their babies would be dying from Malaria and other mosquito-borne illnesses because DDT would subsequently be banned to save the "environment."

The totally disturbing thing to me is that this bundle of dung has never been explained as what it actually is, A COMPUTER ENHANCED THEORY, it is not backed up by any facts [ except those enhanced & adjusted to meet the standards needed to promote the theory] Again folks one volcanic eruption can put out more of the so called green house gases in a few seconds than man has produced in his history.
