Elon Musk knows what he believes he brought to the table in the 2024 election — a win for President Donald Trump.

Musk took to X to let readers know just that.

“Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate,” he posted.

“Such ingratitude,” he added in another post.

The exchange between the former allies heated up as Trump said he was very surprised” and “disappointed” in Musk for criticizing the “big, beautiful bill” the president has been touting.

“I’ve always liked Elon. And so I was very surprised. You saw the words he had for me, and he hasn’t said anything about me that’s bad. I’d rather have him criticize me than the bill. Because the bill is incredible,” Trump said from the Oval Office Thursday.

“Elon and I had a great relationship. I don’t know if we will any more,” Trump continued.

Musk backed Trump in the election financially and physically. He spent millions of dollars on the campaign and traveled the campaign trail to help Trump.

He was then tasked with leading the newly created Department of Government Efficiency with a mission of cutting costs. His last day at that post was Friday.

Musk has been criticizing Trump and  the “big, beautiful bill.” Earlier this week, Musk called the bill “an abomination” and “pork-filled.”

He then went into the future with his posts.

“In November next year, we fire all politicians who betrayed the American people,” he posted.
