Rudy Giuliani, the lawyer to President Donald Trump, is flipping the script on former 2016 Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton after she claimed that if the president weren’t in office, he’d be indicted following the release of special counsel’s final report.
On Tuesday, Clinton said at the “Time 100” summit that Trump would “certainly have been indicted” if he weren’t currently in office, as IJR Blue reported.
“I think there is enough there that any other person who had engaged in those acts would certainly have been indicted. But because of the rule in the Justice Department that you can’t indict a sitting president, the whole matter of obstruction was very directly sent to the Congress.”
“I’m really of the mind that the Mueller report is part of the beginning, it’s not the end,” Clinton remarked later on.
See what she had to say:

Giuliani responded on “Fox & Friends” on Wednesday, saying Clinton is the one who “really obstructed justice,” adding:
“The president didn’t delete 33,000 emails. He didn’t have somebody smash up telephones. And he didn’t have someone wipe out a server and bleach it, among the few things that she did. The president was innocent of the underlying crime.”
“Collusion delusion,” Giuliani fired back. “No collusion.”
I encourage Hillary to get very involved in the 2020 election. She blew the last one for the Dems. She is working on a book called “How To Obstruct And Go Free.” And the sequel will be “How My Husband Escaped” a perjury conviction. From America’s number one crime family.

“If you are innocent on the underlying crime, then everything they are talking about is an effort for him to defend himself. If I tell somebody that I’m innocent, please, testify on my behalf and say what happened, am I obstructing justice or am I defending myself and serving justice?”
Additionally, Giuliani mocked the past “you cannot indict a Clinton” policy, saying that’s not going stand moving forward.

As for Clinton’s email scandal, a recent finding by a former FBI official revealed some of her emails were found in former President Barack Obama’s “executive offices,” as IJR Red reported.
“No wonder Hillary Clinton has thus far skated – Barack Obama is implicated in her email scheme,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton wrote.
