Since the FBI kicked off a second investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails, it just hasn’t been a good week for Team Hillary.
Clinton, who was ahead of Trump in the polls, is now neck-and-neck with the GOP nominee.
And the hits just keep coming. Bill Clinton’s niece, Macy Smit, isn’t a fan of her aunt’s political ambitions. In fact, she’s voting for Donald Trump.
In an interview with Radar Online, Smit said:
Something tells me the Clinton side of the family looks at me and my mother as not good enough, but we’re hard-working! I support Donald Trump — 100 percent!
I have been a Democrat my entire life, but Trump is what we need right now — somebody who is going to stand up for us.
I think at this point Hillary just wants it for the history books — to be the first woman president for selfish reasons.
Then, Smit even got more personal about her feelings.
Last year, she had a miscarriage while her Air Force husband was serving in Kuwait and she says she felt abandoned by the Clintons:
“They’re not as good as everyone thinks they are. I went through some very personal things [without their support].”
Smit’s mother, Martha, added, “The Clintons are all talk! Hillary says she’s all about family, but she’s got a niece she’s never met and never acknowledged. The Clintons have never helped us out.”
Meanwhile, Clinton continues to campaign around the nation with the slogan “Stronger Together.”
