Hillary Tries Attacking White House Over a Diplomat — Benghazi Survivor Reminds Her Of Her Own Record

Former secretary of state Hillary Clinton took another shot at the Trump administration on Thursday, arguing that it engaged in a “troubling” attack on a U.S. ambassador.

She was responding to news that White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed President Donald Trump’s willingness to prosecute U.S. ambassador Michael McFaul.

“Ambassador @McFaul is a patriot who has spent his career standing up for America. To see the White House even hesitate to defend a diplomat is deeply troubling,” she said.

Benghazi survivor and Army ranger Kris Paronto wasn’t having any of that. “Are you f’n kidding me @HillaryClinton ?!!!” he asked.

Paronto accused Clinton of leaving him and now-deceased U.S. ambassador Chris Stevens to “die” in Benghazi:

“You left Ambassador Stevens and us to die in Benghazi then spewed lie after lie to the family members of my dead teammates and to the world to cover it up,” he said.

“Now you have the nerve to talk about defending diplomats?!You are disgusting!”

His comments came as Clinton criticized Trump for cozying up to Russian president Vladimir Putin:

“Do you know which team you play for?” she asked Trump.
