The letter — sent out on Sunday — said that the Biden team has a “great concern” with networks letting Giuliani on the air to “spread false, debunked conspiracy theories on behalf” of the president.
They continued on to write the work of networks of fact-checking Giuliani “in real time” during their segments was “no longer enough” and claimed that by letting Trump’s personal attorney on-air allows him “to introduce increasingly unhinged, unfounded and desperate lies into the national conversation.”
Biden’s campaign then demanded that the networks not book president’s personal attorney anymore, claiming that he “will knowingly and willingly lie” to push “his own narrative” and that he was a “surrogate” for the president.
“We write do demand that in service to the facts, you no longer book Rudy Giuliani, a surrogate for Donald Trump who has demonstrated that he will knowingly and willingly lie in order to advance his own narrative.”

The letter goes on to claim that Giuliani “tried to resurrect the argument” that the former vice president’s “anti-corruption work” in Ukraine, while serving under former President Barack Obama, was “intended to benefit his son.”
The Biden campaign also accused the former New York City mayor of trying “to raise completely baseless suggestions” regarding the work of Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, in China.
“Giuliani is not enlightening your viewers in any way. He’s not offering a unique or informer perspective,” the letter concluded. “He’s certainly not introducing new facts, since his relationship with the truth is casual at best.”
The day after the letter was sent, Giuliani appeared on Fox News’ “Mornings with Maria,” where he joked that he was “very dangerous” before unloading on the former vice president’s campaign. He blasted them as being “rattled” by “something they don’t know about: facts.”
Watch the video here:
“The reason they want me to be silenced is not because I’m unhinged, it’s because I’ve got facts,” said Giuliani, before claiming that Biden was “guilty” and that he “knows” the president’s personal attorney “has a lot more facts.”
