Rapper Kanye West met with President Donald Trump at the White House to discuss prison reform, manufacturing, and gang violence in Chicago — he also dropped his thoughts on SNL’s mockery of the president.

West, sporting a Make America Great Again hat, barked at Saturday Night Live (SNL) and liberals for their continued mockery of the president.

With fury, West said what he thinks SNL and liberal needs to improve on:

“If he don’t look good — we don’t look good. This is our president.”

He then added that the U.S. needs to bring more jobs into the country because “when we make everything in China and not in America, then we’re cheating on our country.”

West recently had a showdown with SNL when he was booed by the audience as he gave a pro-Trump speech while wearing a MAGA hat.

Watch the video below of the unaired SNL speech:

He then claimed that he was bullied backstage for wearing the MAGA hat during SNL.

“They bullied me backstage. They said, ‘Don’t go out there with that hat on.’ They bullied me backstage. They bullied me! And then they say I’m in a sunken place,” West said, The Washington Examiner reported.

Trump supported West following the SNL episode writing, “He’s leading the charge!”

West took the extra moment during his meeting at the White House to stand up for the president against SNL’s previous mockery.

I call his lunch with POTUS courageous. Never thought I’d say Kanye… Read more »

It’s a TV show. One that i would have thought would be beneath the ongoing notice of a sitting president with the exception of a cameo during election season.

In the grand scheme of the world, a Saturday Night Live skit shouldn’t be enough to impact how the world views us.
