Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) has been completely unleashed during the confirmation process of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, and many on the right have been loving it.
The typically soft-spoken senator has had one-liner after one-liner.
Here are five of his best quotes.
5. “I have no response to my Democrat colleagues who have conspired to destroy this man’s life.”
Graham hasn’t beaten around the bush when it comes to calling out his friends from across the aisle.
After several Democrats announced that they felt the FBI investigation into Kavanaugh was a “sham” and a “cover-up,” Graham lit them up, telling IJR, “I have no response to my Democrat colleagues who have conspired to destroy this man’s life.”
4. “Boy, you all want power. God, I hope you never get it.”
To say Graham was fired up during his questioning of Kavanaugh would be putting it mildly. The senator’s passionate statement had many strong lines, but none were as strong as his takedown of his Democratic colleagues.
“If you really wanted to know the truth, you sure as hell wouldn’t have done what you did to [Kavanaugh],” Graham said, adding:
“I cannot imagine what [Kavanaugh] and [his] family have gone through. Boy, you all want power. God, I hope you never get it. I hope the American people can see through this sham. That [Democrats] knew about [the allegation from Christine Blasey Ford] and [they] held it. You had no intention of protecting Dr. Ford. None. She’s as much of a victim as [Kavanaugh is].”

3. “I know I’m a single white male from South Carolina, and I’ve been told I should shut up, but I will not shut up, if that’s OK.”
By this point in the process, Graham clearly could not care less about what his Democratic colleagues thought of him, and his fiery remarks proved that.
During a discussion about when to hold the confirmation vote for Kavanaugh, Graham referenced Democratic colleague Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii), who stated the men should just “shut up”:
“I know I’m a single white male from South Carolina, and I’ve been told I should shut up, but I will not shut up, if that’s OK, because I got here the same way everybody else did. The people of South Carolina voted for me and Sen. [Tim] Scott to be their voice, men and women, and I’m going to try to be their voice today.”

2. “Yeah, well, boo yourself.”
Because of his fiery words regarding Kavanaugh’s approval, Graham began to collect some haters. While speaking at The Atlantic Festival, Graham faced some boos from the crowd.
The crowd hadn’t gotten the memo that Graham was done caring:
“Whether you like it or not, I really don’t care. Here’s the point: I have seen what happened to [Juanita Broaddrick and Kathleen Willey] in 1998, they came forward. I don’t like what the president said last night [about Dr. Ford]. I’m the first person to say, ‘I want to hear from Dr. Ford.’ I thought she was handled respectfully. I thought Kavanaugh was treated like crap.”
“Yeah, well, boo yourself.”

1. “Why don’t we dunk him in water and see if he floats?”
On Thursday morning, Graham had clearly reached his limit of tolerance for the protesters who have been following him throughout Kavanaugh’s confirmation process.
After a protester confronted him during an interview, Graham proved he is 100 percent over the nonstop drama following him for the past several days.
GRAHAM: We’ve humiliated [Kavanaugh] enough, and there’s no bottom for some of you.
PROTESTER: If [Kavanaugh] took a polygraph, it would all be over, Sen. Graham.
GRAHAM: Why don’t we dunk him in water and see if he floats?
.@LindseyGrahamSC to protestor yelling Kav should take polygraph: “we’ve humiliated this guy enough, and there seems to be no bottom for some of you.”
