Let’s put politics aside for a second and talk about how classy the first lady’s appearance was today.
Attending a “Town Hall” meeting at Liberty University on Tuesday, U.S. first lady Melania Trump stunned in a simple, yet professional pantsuit.
The first lady sported a charcoal grey pantsuit while attending the event in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Trump looked beautiful in a simple outfit of a black scoop neck top and a long sleeve jacket with grey snakeskin high-heels — and loose, curly hair.
Trump spoke in front of thousands of students about her “Be Best” initiative to encourage students to change the world when it comes to being the next generation in battling the opioid crisis and helping those affected.
She said she wasn’t going to lecture the crowd of students, but instead, educate them, as she is a mother herself, of how drug abuse can “negatively impact you for the rest of your lives.”
“I have learned that many people who become addicted to drugs are too ashamed to ask for help. I have also learned that addiction is a disease, and like any illness, people need and deserve treatment. We must commitment to removing the stigma of shame that comes with addiction and helping change public opinion, so that people find evidence based treatment before it’s too late.”
“I believe in the power of all of you,” Trump said during her speech.

This wasn’t the first time the first lady’s outfit stood out.
At her husband’s first State of the Union address in January 2018, Trump sported a tailored white pantsuit.
As The Hill reported, the first lady “could have chosen white to counter the Democratic women’s choice of black” that day — many Democratic women chose to wear black in solidarity to the “Me Too” and “Time’s Up” movements.
Not only have Trump’s outfits shined, but so has the White House decoration as the first lady revealed her “American Treasures” design throughout for the holiday season.
