Mother of Son Killed by Illegal Immigrant Holds Up Son’s Ashes & Delivers Powerful Message to Trump

In 2012, Dominic Durden, a 911 dispatcher, was on his way to work via motorcycle when tragedy struck.

Juan Zacarias Tzun, an undocumented immigrant, didn’t yield the right of way to oncoming traffic. As a result, he collided with Durden, sending him into the air and crashing to the ground.

Durden’s helmet wasn’t enough to save him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.

Tzun, already a felon with two DUI convictions, was arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence. His sentence: Nine months in jail with five years of probation.

Durden’s mother, Sabine, made an appearance on “The Sean Hannity Show” Tuesday night, where Donald Trump was talking about immigration.

Sabine held up a mini-urn that contains some of her son’s ashes and told Trump:

“I’m a legal immigrant from Germany. I did everything right. And my son Dominic was named German Chocolate because of his heritage.

And I brought him with me, I brought his ashes with me. To show what I have left of my family. I have no family left. That was my only child.”

She continued:

“The guy got nine months and five years probation, and served thirty five days for killing my child. He had a prior felony and two DUIs. And Mr. Trump you saved my life the day you announced you’re running because you mention immigration.

I couldn’t take the pain anymore so I wanted out. And I walked past the TV and I heard Mr. Trump talk about illegal immigration. And I dropped, and I screamed, and I said finally somebody is listening to us.”

Sabine added, “There are thousands of people who lost their kids because of illegal aliens, I don’t call them immigrants.”

Then, she took a shot at Hillary, saying:

“She wants us to feel sorry about families being separated, but what about mine, what about our families?”

Durden isn’t alone in her concerns about illegal immigration.

According to a Rasmussen poll, 59% of voters think that securing the border should be the top priority with immigration reform, while just 34% believe that giving illegal immigrants a pathway to citizenship is the best way to handle the issue.
