Heiress and socialite, Paris Hilton, has long stirred up trouble for her wealthy family. From sex tapes to jail time, the star has had her fair share of bad press.

But now it seems the torch has been passed onto her younger brother.

Twenty-three-year-old Conrad Hilton has landed in some serious legal trouble after having what appeared to be a breakdown over the weekend.

According to Fox News, Conrad drove to the residence of his ex-girlfriend, 21-year-old Hunter Daily Salomon, around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday.

The problem? The young actress had a restraining order against her ex, and Conrad was not allowed to go near the Hollywood home she shares with her parents.

Police arrived around 4:50 a.m. and discovered Conrad attempting to steal a Bentley belonging to his ex’s father, Rick Salomon.

Rick starred alongside Conrad’s sister in her infamous sex tape, “One Night in Paris.”

Authorities placed Conrad under arrest, but the hotel heir didn’t go quietly.

Footage obtained by TMZ shows Conrad loudly shouting racial epithets and homophobic remarks at the officers arresting him. He yelled:

“You f***ing f*****, you just touched my d***! That’s why I f***ing hate you!”

He also used racial slurs and told the officers he was “tired of being raped.”

During the rant, which lasted several minutes, he called the officers “homos” and ended the rant by shouting:

“I’m Conrad motherf***ing Hilton, don’t you forget it.”

Social media users quickly slammed Conrad for his inappropriate remarks towards the officers:

Conrad’s ex-girlfriend Hunter has since admitted that she doesn’t think that Conrad is “all there” mentally. She told TMZ:

“It can be scary because I don’t think he’s well in the head right now. So you don’t know what a person can do when they’re not all mentally there.”

The 23-year-old is currently being held on $60,000 bail at Metropolitan Detention Center. His parents, Rick and Kathy Hilton, are now using the situation to get their son some help.

His lawyer, Robert Shapiro, plans to ask the judge to only release Conrad on the condition that he undergoes a mental evaluation upon his release.
