Although Pelosi has claimed she wants to work to be bipartisan, other comments she has made show that may not be the case. During a press conference, Pelosi claimed that Democrats would be agressive in pushing for gun control.
“The American people deserve real action to end the daily epidemic of gun violence that is stealing the lives of our children on campuses, in places of worship and on our streets,” she said.

When discussing impeachment and special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into alleged election collusion between Russia and President Donald Trump’s campaign in an interview for the Atlantic, the politician hinted at possible impeachment in the future.
“Recognize one point,” Pelosi said in an article published Sunday. “What Mueller might not think is indictable could be impeachable.”
She also pointed to the recent resignation of Jeff Sessions, claiming that it was “perilously close to a constitutional crisis,” but adding, “You have to have evidence, evidence of the connection. Everything’s about the connection.”
