Sean Hannity vs. Joe Scarborough: A Twitter Feud

On Thursday, MSNBC host Joe Scarborough tweeted a link to a Washington Post story and asked if the Obama administration leaked information about intelligence the U.S. obtained showing Russian officials celebrated President-elect Trump’s win.

Then Brian Fallon, a former spokesman for Hillary Clinton’s campaign, weighed in, manually RTing Scarborough, saying the public had a right to know the information obtained about Russian leaders.

They went back and forth, and you’re like, OK, we have a Scarborough-Fallon Twitter feud on our hands. Scarborough was accused of treating leaks about Clinton during the campaign “as fact,” and being more concerned about where the the leak when it came to Trump. Scarborough denied this.

THEN 14 HOURS LATER, OUT OF NOWHERE, FOX NEWS’ SEAN HANNITY SWOOPS IN, ACCUSING SCARBOROUGH OF “asking Fox to hire you without telling your current employer” when he manually RTed from his Twitter fight with Fallon.

And he didn’t stop there, referencing tweets from New York Times reporters about Scarborough attending a New Years’ Eve party with Trump (Scarborough said he was there in professional capacity)…

…trashing his employer…

…and the sickest burn one Republican man on television of a certain age can give to another, calling him “establishment.”

Scarborough has yet to respond on Twitter.
