An unsightly court battle has broken out in the wake of television star Alan Thicke's death in December of last year. His widow, Tanya Callau, is locked in a dispute with two members of the late actor's family over her prenuptial agreement with Thicke.

The 41-year-old widow has asked a judge to throw out Alan Thicke's sons Robin and Brennan Thicke unless they back off claims that she's greedy and is threatening to seek to nullify the prenup agreement. Alan Thicke had another son, Carter.

Callau's attorney Adam F. Streisand has called the allegations about the prenuptial agreement “bull”:

"Tanya Thicke has never threatened to take private family matters public and she never has. It is clear that Alan's sons have chosen this distasteful public smear tactic to bully Tanya, by stirring up the tabloid media, filing a bogus lawsuit, and refusing family mediation.

Tanya is still grieving the death of her beloved husband and out of respect for Alan's memory intends to handle his sons' false statements privately."

According to TMZ, Callau is seeking “a cut of Alan's ranch, a right to live there and chunk of his other assets.” She also said that the brothers are trashing her in the press and has disputed that she wants to cancel the prenuptial agreement.

Another TMZ “scoop”:

As we reported ... Robin and Brennan previously filed legal docs claiming Tanya threatened to trash them in the tabloids if she didn't get what she wanted. She called BS ... claiming they just want her out of the picture so they could turn the family ranch into a pot farm.

Hollyweird is getting even weirder. But the really sad part is that such an ugly dispute is coming in the wake of a beloved American actor's death.
