It was a raucous night in Phoenix on Tuesday night, as the president once again gave a real stemwinder of a speech.
Fortunately, one protester was there to provide relief.
This guy. He's becoming the stuff of internet legend.
Watch his form as he kicks a tear gas grenade back at the cops.
Seconds later: A star is born.
As the voiceover in the video notes, he was hit “right in the nuts.” Ouch.
It doesn't appear like it was a rubber bullet like the Phoenix reporter claims, but possibly the return fire of a tear gas canister.
In a classic plot twist, a man wearing a Kaepernick jersey was spotted coming to his rescue.
Colin, is that you?
Regardless, it's going to be a long, hot four years for Resistance fighters. And if you've gotta protest, don't be like this guy.
Because as everyone on Twitter noticed: He fought the law and the law won.
You've just gotta love the internet. Because that's instant gold.
