President Donald Trump is without a doubt one of Congresswoman Maxine Waters's (D-CA) least favorite people.
In the past, Waters has likened the commander in chief to a “dictator” and suggested that Vice President Mike Pence will take his place.
But on Wednesday, Waters didn't just go after Trump. While she did claim that the president will be impeached to resounding cheers, in a shift from her general strategy, she aimed at the president's Cabinet members, too.
"We have power, we have influence. We can do things that others have told us we can't do. I don't care how big you are. I don't care how high you think you are. If you come for me, I'm coming for you.
And so whether it's the president of the United States of America or any of his cabinet, we will say to them, we will resist you. We will not allow you to damage this country in the way that you're doing. We will not allow you take us backward.
Not only will we resist you, we will impeach you, Mr. President."
Maxine Waters, everybody. The same congresswoman who claimed Trump didn't immediately condemn Nazis in Charlottesville because taking such a stance “wasn't in his heart.”
