Kid Rock, the infamous rock star who has been tossing around the idea of running for U.S. Senate, just sent out a blunt message to his potential constituents, “f*ck the extreme left and the extreme right!”

“Pay NO attention to the garbage the extreme left is trying to create!” he wrote in an official statement.

The rock star, who has been an outspoken Republican and adamant Trump supporter, first tossed around the idea of a Senate campaign in July. However, he has not filed with the Federal Election Commission yet, so the campaign is not legally official.

Nonetheless, that hasn't stopped Kid Rock from selling campaign merchandise and making campaign-esque statements — and with that, comes opposition.

“They are trying to use the old confederate flag BS, etc. to stir the pot, when we all know none of this would be going on if I were not thinking of running for office,” he wrote in response to his critics.

Adding, “pretty funny how scared I have them all and their only agenda is to try and label people/me racist who do not agree or cower to them!”

On top of that, the rock star, whose legal name is Robert Ritchie, added a few P.S. messages:

But wait, there's more:

As a staunch supporter of President Trump, the rock star seems to be following in his footsteps — running as a politically incorrect, no-nonsense Republican celebrity.

If he decided to officially run for Senate, he would be challenging incumbent Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) in Michigan.
