Hillary Clinton didn’t make it to the Oval Office in real life, but she plans to play the president for Halloween.
The former Democratic presidential candidate, while speaking at the Auditorium Theatre in Chicago, was asked what costume she was planning to wear Tuesday night. Clinton started with a hardy laugh before delving into her answer.
“I have to start thinking about it, don’t I? Tomorrow is Halloween,” she said. “I think I will maybe come as the president!”

In order to dress up as president this year, Clinton would have to make herself up to resemble her one-time opponent, but I don’t think that’s what the former secretary of state had in mind.
Clinton has made headlines recently, with the one-year anniversary of her unexpected loss to President Donald Trump approaching.
One tweet in particular, which was posted to Clinton’s Twitter account on her birthday last year, has garnered quite a bit of attention. The post says, “Happy birthday to this future president.”

It was less than two weeks later that Clinton lost to Trump.
Over the weekend, Clinton posted a dig at former FBI Director James Comey, who one year ago reopened the bureau’s investigation into her use of a private email server while at the U.S. Department of State — a decision the two-time presidential candidate has said influenced the election.

Clinton has blamed Comey — and many others — for her shocking loss in 2016.
