In February, Lady Gaga brought her iconic, larger-than-life fashion sense and incredible talent to Houston for the Super Bowl LI halftime show.
Gaga is currently on her sixth musical tour, and on Sunday, she found herself in Houston again. However, before taking the stage in all her glitz and glamour, she donned a T-shirt and joined Team Rubicon to help strangers recover from Hurricane Harvey.
The New York native posted a photo on Instagram and shared she helped with some demolition work on Pamela's house, which sustained water damage and had mold.
“We want to help make #HoustonStrong,” the caption said in part.
Gaga also posted a video of her using a hammer to take down some drywall and the ceiling:
The singer repeatedly praised Pamela for her strength and posted a photo of the two in an emotional embrace:
She also praised the work of Team Rubicon and explained they're “a team of veterans and first responders joining forces to provide disaster relief.”

“These people are amazing, and a wonderful place to donate to, I saw (and did) firsthand the hard work they do and it’s amazing,” she wrote. “Donate to them if you want to give back they are a blessing!”
While Gaga dedicated the Houston show to her good friend who lost her battle with cancer in May, the Houston Chronicle reported that during the show, she told the crowd to get on its feet, saying, “You had one hell of a year with that Hurricane Harvey.”
