On Monday, President Donald Trump delivered a speech in Salt Lake City to declare the downsizing of two national monuments, Bear Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante.

When Trump arrived at the airport, he was greeted by two familiar faces.

Trump wrote on Instagram that upon seeing them, he said, "I like this kid, I like this!” and the two boys were identified by Fox 13 as Trevor and Tristen Tharp.

“I was the first person to get a handshake and then my brother went to him and we got our hats signed,” Trevor, aka Trump, told Fox 13.

This was far from the first time the two have impersonated Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, and they have posted multiple videos on YouTube. However, it is the first time they got to meet the real-life version, which Tristen said was a bit of a surprising experience.

“A lot of people in the media describe him as a rude person, and I had that expectation of going in today that he wouldn't want to see us because we're impersonating him but he was a really nice guy,” he revealed to Fox 13.

They explained they're not doing it for any political statement but instead for good, old-fashioned fun.
