As Democrats continue to ram against the Republicans' tax bill that passed last week, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is one of the most outspoken critics. She has not only targeted the bill, but she has now set her sights on Republicans who live in California.
In a tweet, Pelosi added her thoughts to a comment California Gov. Jerry Brown made on the tax bill. Brown said, “It is evil in the extreme.”

Pelosi took it one step further:
I want every single California Republican to understand this. Your ideology doesn’t come first. Your party doesn’t come first. The PEOPLE come first. If you fail to recognize that, you don’t belong here. https://t.co/xjbyOTI2MC

The congresswoman has also made it clear that she thinks the tax bill is so detrimental to the United States that at one point, she said it's “the end of the world. This is Armageddon.”
Pelosi later clarified that the only reason why it's not truly “Armageddon” is because “America is a great country.”
