Secretary of Energy Rick Perry is not in Texas anymore, but he really seems to be enjoying himself.

Perry was in Saudi Arabia to meet with his counterpart, Khalid Al-Falih, the Middle Eastern country's minister of energy, industrial, and mineral resources. The two men were discussing fossil fuels and carbon emissions, but it's the photos from Perry's trip that are getting all the attention.

Take a look, and you'll understand why:

“Thank[s] Secretary Perry for this important visit to the Kingdom to support the march of cooperation between the two friendly countries in the fields of energy. This cooperation holds boundless potential,” Al-Falih wrote in a statement.

In a press release from the Department of Energy, Perry said the U.S. and Saudi Arabia are entering an “exciting new phase in our energy partnership, building on our collective success with an eye to the future.”

“Together, through the development of clean energy technologies, our two countries can lead the world in promoting economic growth and energy production in an environmentally responsible way,” he added.

But — again — it was the photos that mattered to Twitter users:

Rick's not in the Lone Star State anymore.
