As the week ended with the world knowing to an absolute certainty that Secretary of State Rex Tillerson called Donald Trump a moron, Trump set about proving him right.
During a brief gaggle before boarding Marine One this weekend, Trump tried to convince reporters that he and Rex are getting along just fine (while still not disputing the moron story), but immediately clowned himself by calling Tillerson weak:
"Very good relationship. I have a very good — that was fake news. That was fake news by NBC, sorry.
He likes Secretary Tillerson; so do I. We have a very good relationship. We disagree on a couple of things. Sometimes I'd like him to be a little bit tougher, but other than that, we have a very good relationship."
That, and he called you a moron, and you just sat there and took it.
Trump also floated a “temporary” fix to Obamacare that will go nowhere, because Democrats have all of the leverage and Trump has zero. He also made another impotent yet reckless threat against North Korea.
