Trump Hopes Congress Will Vote Soon on Trade Deal With Canada, Mexico

President Donald Trump on Sunday said he hoped a new U.S. trade deal with Canada and Mexico would be put to a vote in the U.S. congress soon.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, meeting with Trump on the sidelines of a G7 summit in France, said the deal was a good one for workers.

  1. They won’t though. The leftie run house will block it…..it will hurt them in the upcoming elections.

  2. If wishes were worth money, this one would be worth -3 cents. The house will do nothing to complete the treaties with Mexico and Canada, because that would be a win for America and Trump. God forbid that they would ever do anything for either.

  3. The HOR will never pass anything that might help Trump, the answer is simple re-take it in 2020. ?

  4. I keep hearing that the China situation is hurting the farmers. This deal, the USMCA is also hurting farmers, we don’t hear this because its Nancy Pelosi that refuses to bring it up. It appears her hate for the president is greater than her love of country and its farmers.

    1. Since we don’t hear about it, could you please expand on how “this deal, the USMCA, is also hurting farmers”? Could you also explain how Pelosi hates farmers but has voted for $36 Billion in subsidies to farmers hurt by Trump’s “easy to win” trade war?

  5. Trudeau is a twit and an international embarrassment.

    1. You appear to be confusing Trudeau with someone else. Perhaps you are confusing him with the leader that claimed the Revolutionary soldiers successfully defended the airports?
