President Donald Trump’s supporters started lining up more than 40 hours before his reelection rally in Orlando, Florida.
The president posted on Twitter ahead of the rally, saying that he was looking forward to the event.
“Big Rally tomorrow night in Orlando, Florida, looks to be setting records,” said Trump. “We are building large movie screens outside to take care of everybody. Over 100,000 requests. Our Country is doing great, far beyond what the haters & losers thought possible – and it will only get better!”

The supporters started lining up on Monday morning, despite the rally not starting until Tuesday night. While the president claimed that there were over 100,000 ticket requests, the Amway Center, where the rally will be held, only holds 20,000.

Gary Beck, one of the supporters camping out ahead of the event, said he expects that there will be large crowds.
“There’s going to be a bunch of people, and it’s going to be pretty intense,” Beck said to Click Orlando. “The electricity is going to be high. It’s time for America to get back on its feet and be made better than it’s ever been before.”

This will be Trump’s first campaign in Florida since the 2016 campaign stop. In a statement to Florida Today, Trump 2020 campaign National Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany said that while the event is on a first come, first serve basis, there will be overflow screens for supporters to watch.
“There will be screens outside the venue to watch the rally once capacity is reached,” McEnany said in her statement, adding there will also be a “Trump tailgater” during the day.

Jennifer Petito of Melbourne was second in line. She said she got there at 2am. “This is the big one. This is the mother of all rallies.” Saundra Kiczenski, who flew down from Michigan for the event, said: “I would sit here in the pouring rain." https://t.co/pYzABdVk2f

As people lined up with tents and chairs, supporter Jennifer Petito claimed that it would be the “mother of all rallies.” As IJR Red reported, Trump’s Republican nomination is almost certain, as the Republican National Committee has claimed they will refuse to support any other candidate.
